01320770661 - is a scammer

This guy Rahatul Hasan Kowshik (01320770661, 01410653033) is a full time scammer. He scams people regarding Italy's CIMEA platform as well as for Cyprus visa slot. I got scammed from him for CIMEA payment. As it was a foreign currency transaction of over 300 USD, he was supposed to pay on behalf of me. He never paid, and not even returning my money. He gives dates after dates but never pays back. Similar things happened to other. He has a Bkash account at the 013.. number and a BRAC Bank account that he uses to scam people.
