  He is either a dishonest person or thinking that you are the scammer and trying to con him!! You can try convincing him by sending him messages, but you cannot force him to return the money.

  thats not scam. thats your fault that you didn't check before sending the money. it is his inhumane nature to not send you the money that is not his.
