The person giving this number is a potential scammer. What these people do is create a profile on a dating app and call you to meet, take you to a pub and order too much drinks there and ask for many other things. And Babu river is connected with them, many people are connected there and this happens mostly in Lulu Mall in Hyderabad.
This scam was busted few years ago in Delhi. Now, it has reached south region.🤧
