Fake message to win Rs 100000000, blocked for sending Rs 100000

So actually I got a number message that you have to win 10000000000 rupees?? So I said yes obviously, then he would say that you give me 10000 rupees and then you will get this amount in 2-3 minutes.... So I sent him that amount and he blocked me again and I got scammed.
