  turn off online purchases in your bank app. you will turn them back on when you make purchases and then turn them off immediately after. I do that and the only way someone can withdrew is through account self

  in the same UPI from where payment is done, select it in history and raise dispute. give the reason, the credit account will be blocked for same amount till dispute is cleared. show phone to some known reliable person to do this and disable all auto pay
