1parcel gayab and 1 parcel damage

I ordered 2 parcels through Shrinath Cargo Bus Service. One parcel is completely damaged and one parcel is missing. I have been continuously calling and messaging the Mumbai branch, Ahmedabad branch, and Jaipur branch for 3 months, but no solution has been found. They have even stopped answering calls and messages. The cost of the parcels was 25,000/- each. One is damaged and the other is not being found, resulting in a loss of 50,000/-.
