2 brothers scam stating they work for ICICI Bank and will get the loan approved instantly

younger brother named - Pawan Yadav approached to get the cibil corrected and said the elder brother - Arjun Yadav who works for ICICI Bank will get the loan approved even if my Cibil score is less than 400. simultaneously they will work on my cibil repair. they charged me around 1lakh for both the work and said they need to give to the managers and above people to get the job done.later when work was not done even after 3 months... they refunded only 30 thousand stating that the deductions will apply as they have distributed to the management. when said will report to police they said it hardly matters as police will just take a written compliant and keep in record room.. after rigorous follow up managed to get another 20 thousand. in the interim they gave a fake cheque as guarantee to payback and when said it's fake. they said will give cash and then both the brothers have switched off their phone. they have scammed multiple people came to know later upon investigating.
