have got over 50 calls from them but haven't been able to find out the actual Corporation behind the calls if anyone can help I'm going to file a tcpa lawsuit against them

sorry, but you most likely can not sue them. mainly because you didn't give any money or have been scammed, but just called. calling is not something to get sued over unless they threatened you.
