26000 rupees have been withdrawn from my account. On the 12th, I received a call from Airtel Wi-Fi. They said there was a complaint that there was a problem with my Wi-Fi. I said it was fixed. Then they asked for an OTP, and through the OTP, 26000 rupees were withdrawn from my account. really what otp did they sent if it was from bank why weren't u aware please be safe from such scams n sorry for ur loss

You were supposed to check the OTP before giving it. WiFi OTPs are 3 or 5 digits long, while bank OTPs are 6 digits. It's your fault for giving the OTP. The same thing happened to me; I immediately cut the call and complained to their customer care. How can someone ask for an OTP when I haven't even taken the service? Just think about it.
