3 times refund bluff !

I had booked train tickets on the Confirmtkt app and paid so much extra for every booking. They promised 3 times refund but did not mention what the refund would be. as you can see in the picture where i circled. Due to some reason i had to cancel all my tickets. They refunded something and 3fourth they put it in discount coupons. and it had to be used within a week. and when I tried booking with the discount coupons, the app went dead. everytime I tried the app went dead. so dear friends, be careful not to go for the 3 times refund. I lost a lot of money.
