3D miniature fraud

I have given order for miniature of my aunty. at first they ask for advance of Rs.500/ for 3D miniature preparation after rest amount I can take COD. But after sending 500/ they again ask for money for frame. They insist for advance for frame then I have sent another 500/ . when they show me the miniature. It didnot just like my aunty. They told it is just like the picture you shared. when I told them to send the parcel then the main game stated by them. They started sending message that they will send the parcel by Amazon I have to pay 1900/ in advance to Amazon then only they will send the parcel. I have refused to send more a single rupee till I will get my parcel otherwise cancel my order. some time they informed they had started refund process again asking for more money... please no one put your shoe in their trap.
