Hello. Not on TikTok but on Facebook, they wanted to charge me for some unknown thing and a monthly fee, and there was no way to unsubscribe.

It seems that someone gained access to your Nequi credentials and is using them to buy nonsense in your name. You should change all your passwords and contact Nequi support. Maybe also conduct an audit to find out how they got your data.
