a teen scammer from Chennai

I've been got scammed by a person named gopinath from Chennai aged around 24 yrs who is scamming around all stating his mother is a cancer patient and need money for her operation and I landed him 5000 bucks twice but except 3000 bucks he haven't returned me yet nd like this he have been fooling around peoples ... be carefull about him ....
