one day I thought of keeping a new wallpaper and I went to a website that some people know as Zedge on Google and when I found a wallpaper i downloaded it and kept it as a wallpaper after that I got many ads on my phones randomly every 5mins even on YouTube premium do I checked phone manager there was a untitled virus so I got rid of it and the ads stopped so be aware

No rd, a virus is an adware, it is an app that sends unexpected ads, you can use zedge with adguard, investigate what adguard is on Google, install the apk and you will see how you stop receiving ads

Install Zedge in your phone by Google play. if you still have ads showing up then use a DNS Adguard.
