I made a transaction with my UBA ATM card on December 2, 2025, to pay for your Iraq visa. The transaction was successful, but the Iraq visa system did not receive the money. Immediately, on December 3, I reported the issue to the bank, and they told me to wait 11 days. After that period, I still did not receive any alert or refund. They then told me to wait 21 days. Since then, I have continued to complain, but now UBA is saying that after 120 days, they can no longer trace or recover my money. Please, what can I do about this? I need your advice on how to recover my money from UBA.

I'll advise u if you have the evidence, that's the transactions details, you can go to National Deposit insurance cooperatioy (NDIC) that's the right channel to ur complain, then will recover ur money

So sorry but you can Channel the complain to CPC with evidence of your previous complained. I believe they will help you to recover your money
