Abusive and threatning

I got a message form a guy(screenshot attached) sending inappropriate message.When i called him, he was unprofessional, abusive. he want me to pay loans and was tried contacting my company HR and started abusing him. when i asked about which loan and comapny he said to pay all the loans i have and kept abusing. i am going to lodge a complain. not sure if he is scammer or recover agent becasue i am already talking to one (from Fibe) and he confirmed that he has not done that. He used religious slurr used for Muslims.
