A call came from this number. They asked me about the name on my card and why I was not using my Bob (Bank of Baroda) card. I said I tried once but the transaction didn't go through. They said my card was not activated (the card had arrived 2 months ago). I thought it might really not be activated. They said they would activate it from their side and asked for the last 4 digits of my card. I gave them the digits, and they said they were activating it. Then I received 2 messages about OTP for activation, but they called me for the OTP. After that, I got 3 messages about money being deducted, including an OTP message. I did not give them the OTP, but still, money was deducted from my account. I called 1930 to file a complaint and am waiting to see what happens. My Bob card was blocked, and a few days ago I tried to do a transaction but it didn't go through.[PHONE] ye no. se call aya tha. unhone muje mere card pe jo name he uske regading name se pucha or kaha ki aap bob ( bank of baroda ) ka card kyu use nai kr rahe to mene kaha mene ek bar try kiya pr transection nai hua. to usne kaha apka card active hi nai hua he.( ye card 2 month pahle aya tha ) to muje laga such me nai hua hoga..unhone me yaha se active kr deti hu aap k card ke last 4 digit bataye. mene bataye uske bad unhone kaha me active kr de rahi hu.. uske bad 2 msg active hone ke OTP wale aye pr usne na OTP ke liye call kiya uske bad 3 msg pese cut ne ka aya usme bhi OTP ka msg aya mene unko OTP nai diya fir bhi mere me se paise cut gaye. mene 1930 pr call kr k complaint darj ki he dekhte he kya hota he.. mera bob ka card bandh tha usme se transection thode din pahle mene krne ki koshish ki to nai hua tha
