Good afternoon, I want to share my situation. I took out a loan of 300 quetzales in Vana, but I lost my phone. My last payment day was March 18, but since I didn't have a phone, I contacted them from another number, explained my situation, and asked for my account number. I paid on March 12 in advance. Now it turns out that they say I haven't paid and want to charge me 5,000 quetzales for the 300 they lent me, and they want to take me to court and freeze my bank accounts.
