Nowadays, many people form circles on dating apps where they create fake accounts in a girl's name and then share the number. Later, they call from another number and claim to be SI or DSP officers, saying that a girl has filed a case against you. Thaaj kal dating aap par bhot se log circle bna kar rakhe hai jaha par vo ladki k naam se fake account banate hai or phir number share karte hai baad me vo kisi dusre number se call karte hai or khud SI ya DSP bta kar bolte hai ki aap ke uper ik ladki

Everytime I startup my phone a "616" code pop's up on the screen and prompt me to either save or cancel the code. I just want to ask if it's normal or safe? Because it is strange to me.
