  Hi Gift, when faced with a reversal request, firstly check your account for said transaction and the transactio. ID from the person requesting the reversal. if the transaction is legitimate, request the sender to start a reversal process with the network. as saying ther reversal can't be done is false, as long as you dont use the funds. hope this helps

  when you received such massage first check the senders name,if it's from airtel money..then it's not a scam😁couse only airtel money sends such massages👏🤝

  Call customer service and have them run a check for incoming transactions against the phone and transaction numbers. If they confirm, then it's legit.

  hello, the best thing to do is to tell him or her to first contact the network provider who can then ask you to do a reversal not him
