Amblin movie ads

I started with Amblin. it is a view a movie add and assess it., it has things called superiors these pay extra however it locks everything until you put the equivalent amount into to your account via bitcoin payment. I got hit with 4 or 5 of these superiors now it requires thousands. is this a scam I'm being told by my mentor it's not
