They threaten with an alleged collection process

They send messages and calls even to family members (which is illegal) claiming the start of an alleged debt with Liberty. 1. Notifications are NEVER sent by message or email unless it is from the Judicial Power. 2. The debt must be real, not invented, which it is not, since even at Liberty's offices they do not have proof of it; they only say it exists and to access information I must pay something that I DO NOT OWE, IT DOES NOT EXIST.
