Apparently, a friend sent me a message yesterday afternoon asking me to transfer money to him via Nequi, saying he would pay me back later that afternoon. It wasn't him because he never asks me for this kind of favor. I know it wasn't him; it was through WhatsApp messages. I replied that I didn't have money, and even if I did, I wouldn't do this favor.supuestamente un amigo ayer en la tarde me envió un mensaje que le consignara un dinero por nequi que el me lo devolvía después en la tarde no era el pues nunca me pide está clase de favores se que no era el fue por mensaje de whassape le respondí que no tenía dinero y si lo tuviera no lo iba ha hacer este favor

If they do that, they call the victim saying they are from WhatsApp technical support and that a code has arrived which they ask for, and then they open the account on another phone and start asking for money.

Be very careful, I have the Truecaller app but it didn't work on WhatsApp and I receive many unknown messages. Just be very careful, friends.
