Any way to block "First time caller"?

  All you have to do is download the app. Truecaller, and it will block everything. Except for what's in your phone book, your contacts and yes, it will even block businesses that are not in your contacts makes life a whole lot easier.

  you can block anyone that isn't saved in your contacts and private numbers
