Call for renewal of Edhahabia card, beware of scam

Hello everyone, this number has called my father several times to inform him that his Edhahabia card has been renewed. They sent him a serial number and a password and asked him to go to the nearest post office to activate his card. Fortunately, the account was emptied, and I called the number several times, but it blocked me.
