Scam and fraud

I had placed an order with them; they told me the packages would arrive in 4 days. I sent the money. The next day, he asked me again for $50 agency fees from another number. On the third day, he called me again to say the packages had already arrived at the airport. I had to pay another $20 from yet another number to clear the packages so the delivery person could bring them to me. After I sent the money, as you can understand, he ended up blocking me.
