You see this guy, he calls you to talk about a so-called opportunity to pass a competitive exam. Either he tells you he has an uncle or an aunt to whom the State has given spots in various types of exams to place people in public service. He will ask you to send your documents and some fees around 50 to 70k, and then he will tell you that his uncle or aunt will call you to talk with you. And when this person calls you, they will ask you for a certain amount (2.5 million or 1 million) to get you into the exam of your choice. When you try to negotiate, they will tell you to give 500k to start the process, and this number (from the image) will call you to take you somewhere—I don't know where (their techniques depend on several cases, this is what I know and share with you, so be careful)—to go do QNET.
