I was scammed following an order for shoes on the Alibaba website. The shoes that should have been delivered to my address in Senegal never arrived. And yet on the Alibaba website they say that the delivery has been made. Every time I make a complaint, they ask me to wait or to contact I don't know who. The supplier is called Sichuan Zhongheng Shoes Co., Ltd. He is Chinese. Je me suis fait arnaquer à la suite dune commande de chaussures sur le site de Alibaba. Les chaussures qui devraient livrées à mon adresse au Sénégal ne sont jamais arrivées. Et pourtant sur le site de Alibaba ils disent que la livraison a été faite. A chaque fois que je fais une réclamation ils me demandent de patienter ou de contacter je ne sais qui. Le fournisseur s'appelle Sichuan Zhongheng Shoes Co., Ltd. Il est Chinois.

You need to go through a freight forwarder who will collect your items in China and send them to you in Senegal.
