Alibaba scam by Sichuan Zhongheng Shoes Co., Ltd. He is Chinese.

I was scammed following an order for shoes on the Alibaba website. The shoes that should have been delivered to my address in Senegal never arrived. And yet on the Alibaba website they say that the delivery has been made. Every time I make a complaint, they ask me to wait or to contact I don't know who. The supplier is called Sichuan Zhongheng Shoes Co., Ltd. He is Chinese.

    You need to go through a freight forwarder who will collect your items in China and send them to you in Senegal.
