stupid stupid scammer

Seen on the internet, this might help Wave Côte d'Ivoire, I have seen several posts about this matter, but I have just been a live witness right now. A man calls me by my name and tells me he is from the Wave Service, and that they are currently verifying and blocking suspicious numbers from their database. He mentions my number and asks if it is really mine? I tell him, Sir, if you are really from Wave, you wouldn't ask me that question. Immediately, he gets angry and starts insulting me and my mother, ending with the words "we will block you" and hangs up. Honestly, what is going on??? Help us track down these scammers. Imagine, he pretends to be a good person, a real actor that I detected as soon as he introduced himself. Below is his number... A thief.
