Help, do you know if this is real?

A person I know has been receiving these messages about a possible account seizure, but when contacting the cooperative where they have their only account, they say they have not received any seizure notification and that the notice must come from the O.I.J. We are afraid to deposit money into this account. I apologize if this is off-topic, thank you.
