Bajaj finance- Loan against policy fraud

I received a call from a person claiming to represent Bajaj Finance and was told that purchasing a Care Health Insurance policy would help me obtain a loan. Following the conversation, I was asked to make payment for the Care Health Insurance policy. I made the payment through verified link of care health insurance believing the representation made to me regarding the loan. After making the payment, I became concerned about whether the manner in which the insurance was sold was legitimate. The policy details do appear on the Care Health system, which makes the situation even more important to investigate. My concern is NOT simply whether the policy exists. My concern is: ➡️ Who actually contacted me? ➡️ Was the person authorised by @Bajaj_Finance? ➡️ Was the insurance purchase genuinely connected to the promised loan? ➡️ Why was insurance presented in this manner? ➡️ Was the customer given complete and accurate information before payment? I received calls from the following numbers from people who claimed to be employees/representatives of @Bajaj_Finance: Ashish Sharma - [PHONE] -Lajpat Nagar branch Sourabh- [PHONE] Care health - [PHONE] (Trying to do the direct settlement with 10K deduction and warned me to settle the amount otherwise I will not get my money back)
