  how about you answer the call. BUT, before you answer it, put a metal bowl on top of the phone, click the answer button and use a spoon to hit the bowl multiple time. So you can also piss the scammer off 😁

  never entertain unknown caller unless u find out from the real organisation/institution that service as such
