This number placed a confirmed order with our online business and provided a name, phone number, and complete delivery address. We confirmed the order with the customer and shipped the products through courier at our own expense. However, when the courier attempted delivery, the customer did not receive the parcel and did not answer the courier's calls. We have screenshots of the order [TXN_ID], customer details, chat history, and courier delivery attempt as evidence. This caused financial loss to our small business. Please be cautious when dealing with this number and verify orders before shipping.
