  pls raise a complaint with the Insurance regulatory authority. you will either get response or find out whether you didn't meet your terms and conditions of the policy.

  Why don't you lodge a complaint with the Uganda Insurance Regulatory Authority? Am sure you can get helped or even sue them if they have breached the terms of the policy.
