Is it accepted that if someone breaks the law by misusing the internet, they get arrested because they are inciting unrest? Thieves who steal money from VIP farmers remain free??????

Yes, I want TCRA Tanzania to help us because every line has been recorded. When we report a number, it should be tracked. I have reported more than 1000 numbers, but they are still being used to steal. Friends, this is a network disaster.
