  so what this is is that this happened to me two three times and I definitely know what it is if your phone number was newly registered on WhatsApp like never registered before and like a month after registered with it with before that never being registered on what's up what's up basically tends to block these new accounts and more likely for bulk spanning or stuff since your friend is not as probably not in your contacts when you called or you started to conversation sometimes it would think that you're trying to spend this person and I just block here account because the things you're not following the terms of services of what's up but then you can request the review which shows if your violate what's up TOS you can check it maybe on Google and if you're violating in any of those it could potentially fully ban but if the AI that inspecting all of these is and see the violation in which isn't an actual violation and thought it was a violation don't worry because after real humans in meta look at it and I think by the time I'm posting this it's already gone but just in case if we're getting in a new France phone number make sure they text first because if they send the first message at a new or they call first then if you send a message basically there would be no problem
