Being Human clothing fraud

i had purchased 4 shirts from being human clothing website and paid for it. when the order was confirmed it got converted to cash on delivery. I checked on YouTube and X there are many people facing exactly the same issue with being human clothing website. now I am waiting for either delivery or refund since Dec 2025 and there is no communication from customer care
