Beware of Just Answers

I was having an issue setting Google to accept my cards for payment. After explaining the issue to someone at Google they connected me with Just Answers telling me it would cost $5 which would be reimbursed. Instead I was charged $65 and they said they are a subscription service. At no time did they say it was a subscription service which would cost me X amount and at no time did I give them permission to charge me that amount.
