Bihari People Scamming on name of "RAJESH SIR"

So i dont know if you guys have got any call or not, but in last 2 years, i have been getting a call from Bihar, and the person only says "HELLO RAJESH SIR HAI KYA" and he calls from unknown numbers, i have blocked about 100 numbers, and even after saying "YE WRONG NUMBER HAI" in the most polite way, they keep dialing my number if anyone has any idea about this, please let me know
