Someone asking for naked photos and videos on Telegram without Telegram.

The caller ID name is Rabindra Lodhi or on Truecaller the name shows as DSP Sepratap Thakur New Delhi. He called and said that I am messaging girls on Telegram asking them to get naked in exchange for 100-200 rupees, and because of this, one girl committed suicide. He also said that a video call came from my number. I asked if he could tell me the number so I could see which number it was. He said the last two digits were 57. I said how can I say whether I talked to that number or not because many numbers end with 57, some start with 63 and differ in the middle, and some start with 78 and differ in the middle. So how can I tell without the full number? Then he cursed and asked how I could tell the number, using abusive language. I also cursed a bit. Then he said he doesn't even use Telegram, so how did I become a victim? As soon as I heard this, he hung up. I called back but he is not responding to calls. 🤔🤭
