Bkash Scammer who might claim to be a passport officer or other

My friend was preparing to go abroad so she had her passport made. but one day she got a call from someone saying some of the details on her passport were wrong and needed urgent fixing or her passport would get banned. they knew many things about her so she believed it was legit. then they asked payment through bkash but they asked her bkash number, otp and even pin and her naive ass gave them all. then they took about 44000 bdt from her account and got away. the message/call came from this number: 09617-627290
