Blinkit Work from home jobs

i search jobs through work India app and I see a work from home job from blinkit. then I can call the HR . she will tell me about that the job is work from home but in starting you will work 2 days in delivery partner and deliver 20 parcel in 2 days then you will get 7000 joining bonus and petrol incentive. after that your work from home job is start and you will get 18000 per month salary. I don't know how they will get 18000 per month for work from home job for part time . kindly tell me about that this is true or fraud
