Blue Dart Parcel Fraud

I received a phone call that mimicked the Blue Dart customer care service; they had even set up an IVR system. The automated voice instructed me to press '0' to speak with a customer care representative, so I did exactly that. The call connected, and a person—posing as a customer care agent—began speaking with me, stating, "A parcel you sent has been identified as illegal and has been intercepted at Mumbai Airport." The reason I initially pressed '0' to reach customer care was that I had visited the official Blue Dart website just fifteen minutes prior to receiving this call. This was a completely fraudulent call, implying that either Blue Dart's data has been leaked or it is being supplied to scammers.
