Breach in SBI network

I transferred money from my ICICI Bank account to my PNB account. SMSs recieved from ICICI Bank for debit and PNB for credit of money. But surprisingly a message from State Bank of India is also received from them that the money has been received into the account number same as pnb account. It's shows that there is The a breach in the network of SBI. Customer care when contacted is incompetent to understand or solve the issue. To wash their hands, they're asking to visit the branch. It's a usual practice that the banks do not bother when informed as caution and hold customer responsible when the frauds hapen. WILL SBI RESPOND?
