buyer beware - no after-sales support

Buyer beware. I purchased a washing machine from this seller, and my experience after payment has been extremely disappointing. Despite multiple calls and messages requesting service/support, there has been no proper response. In my experience,calls and messages are ignored and numbers are blocked . when contact does happen,only excuses are given without any actual resolution . It appears that once the payment is completed, communication stops and support is not provided. This raises serious concerns about reliability and after-sales commitment. I strongly recommend verifying service support before purchasing, as my experience suggests that assistance after the sale may not be dependable.
