REGISTRATION AND UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS

It was identified that the phone number (12) [PHONE] was registered in the FGTS app without my authorization. Upon noticing the situation, I encountered difficulties in removing or replacing the said number. Subsequently, I became aware of the existence of an account linked to the CAIXA Tem app, whose creation and use were also not carried out or authorized by me. Through this account, a benefit of R$ 600.00 was received and later withdrawn/moved in my name, without my knowledge or participation in the operation. I clarify that I did not register the account, did not authorize third parties to use my personal data, and did not withdraw or use the said benefit. Due to the situation, I was later forced to return the amount of R$ 600.00, although the amount was used by another person without my authorization. Therefore, I present this information so that the records and procedures related to these registrations and transactions can be verified, especially regarding the origin of the phone number registration, the creation and access to the CAIXA Tem account, and the movement of the benefit.
