call forwarding scam

yesterday I have ordered from zepto but I didn't get my order then I have tried to chat with zepto but I didn't get satisfaction then I have searched customer care number of zepto.i found one number and I have called that number the guy who picked up the call has told me very politely that don't worry sir I will initiate the refund from here and then he asked me the bank details when he asked me the atm pin I have understood that he is a cheater and I refused to give him atm pin then he has disconnected the call.after few minutes I have received one OTP from kotak mahindra about the transaction but I have not responded. inspite of that rs 5050 was deducted from my account.i couldn't understand how it happened then I have come to know that he had hacked my mobile and forwarded all my calls and messages to his number and in this way he has forged the OTP and cheated me for rs 5050 then I have complaint to bank and blocked my account for safety.i have also complaint to the cyber security cell
