call forwarding when unreachable

my call is being forwarded when unreachable, which was not set by me.i have tried dialing all the codes , which didn't work.anybody help me to remove it permanently from my settings

i have the same setting too! sometimes its by default! or you can contact customer care support!

try this setting using keypad phone.
