Call offering 60% cashback for ₹100000 investment is a scam

I was just working my documents and suddenly a phone call saying that give our community 100000₹ and get back 60% cashback,send the money in this website they send me but to prevent getting scam I went in the website and put a 1000₹ to test if it's a scam and after 1 week still no cashback and I end up losing my 1000₹

I mean you gave them 1000 when it said to give them 100000 to get the cashback but I don't know
