  scam any half decent company will never need to call you for info on your account. just like with your bank or anyone else who phones you for info take a name and extension if they insist you need to talk to them hang up and contact support throigh a confirmed channel and be sure to report as much info as you can give and theyll take if its a scam. besides a great way to identify a scam is to just ask for a name or extension in the first place and make shit up just like them. once they said i had a package i owed money on and i denied my name i think i said i was the roommate and i had let him use my phone and asked to set up a time to pay when fake roommate was home and so quick the paki scammer said "you fucking liar" and hung up
